Discover More Card. This card can also offer 0% on balance transfers for a year, but brings better 5% cash back bonuses on gas, travel and dining and 1% on any other type of purchase. The APR is offered as low as 11.99% as well.
Visa Platinum Simmons First. If you have excellent credit, go for this Visa that offers a 7.25% variable rate and no balance transfer fees. There is also no annual fee and travel insurance at no extra cost.
